How do I reset my password? On the login screen, tap “Forgot password” and follow the emailed reset link.
Does the app work offline? Yes — once installed, all questions and study guide content are available without an internet connection. An internet connection is only needed to sign in and sync your progress.
How is my progress tracked? Every test and practice answer is saved to your account, so your progress carries over across devices and app reinstalls as long as you’re signed in with the same account.
How do I delete my account and data? See our account deletion instructions.
I found a bug or incorrect question — how do I report it? Email us at official@techneraltd.com with as much detail as possible (which question, what screen, what device) and we’ll investigate.
